Secure Care offers an
alternative to lengthy hospitalizations and provides management of
high-risk pregnancies in a less cost intensive environment. As
perinatal health care continues to change and hospital admissions are
limited to the acutely ill, cost conscious health care providers and
consumers are in need of quality, client focused outpatient programs.
With Secure Care's extensive education and clinical background, it has
developed an innovative approach to meet these needs.
Minimum 5 years labor and
delivery; average at this time is 20 years labor and delivery
experience at the Secure Care Monitor Center. The diabetic educator
staff includes Certified registered nurses with obstetrical nursing
experience.
Weekly reports are
routinely sent to the agency to allow you to send reports to
physicians. You may call the monitor center daily to receive report on
patient(s) condition.
Once daily after A.M
scheduled strip and after P.M strip if uterine contractions are over
baseline and/or increased uterine irritability is present. Diabetic
glucose monitor patients are contacted daily.
